What a lovely day! The weather was too hot in the middle of the day, but we went out in the afternoon and the early evening. We walked on the cliffs and watched the people on the beaches. There were big beaches full of people and little empty beaches. Perhaps the empty beaches are more dangerous - or the surf is not so good. The shadows were very long across the road and the sun shone through gaps between the trees.

There will be wind. There will be huge waves on the north cost, perhaps 30ft at midday. But the waves won't be good for surfing.
