Having dealt with the first and second persons of gallos, that leaves us with the third person, singular and plural.

Present – Future

3 sg ell,

   m: ell e, ell ev,

     f: ell, ell hei

3 pl allons, allon’ jei

 Conditional - Imperfect

3 sg alja,

   m: aljava, alja e ~ ev,

     f: alja hei

3 pl aljens, alja anjei

This time we will use the main verbs 

sevel to stand and sedha to sit,

along with adverbs emann up and dor down (literally ground).

Two other useful adverbs are 

whath yet or still (na whath = not yet) and 

solabres already.













Ev ell sevel emann. He can stand up. (He can get up.)

Ell e sevel emann solabresCan he stand up already? (Can he get up already?)

Na ell ev sedha dor. He cannot sit down.

A na ell e sedha emann na whathCan he still not sit up? Can't he sit up yet?


Hei ell sedha emann solabresShe can already sit up.

Ell hei sedha dor? Can she sit down?

Na ell hei sevel emann. She can't stand up. (She can't get up.)

A na ell hei sedha emann? Can't she sit up?









Anjei ell sedha emann solabresThey can sit up already.

Allon'jei sevel emann? Can they stand up? (Can they get up?)

Na allons sevel emann. They cannot stand up. (They can't get up.)

A na allon'jei sedha dor? Can't they sit down?












Ev alja sevel emann whathHe could still stand up.

Aljava sedha emann? Could he sit up?

Gerowgh anjei dhe sedha dor! Let them sit down!

Ev a res sevel emann. He must stand up.

Res ew dhedhy sevel emann. She has to stand up.

Res veu dhodhans sedha dor. They had to sit down.
